Temperament Counseling
Lisa Hope is a Certified Temperament Counselor, using the unique Arno Profile System (APS) as a tool to help people learn more about themselves and what makes them tick.

• The four basic temperaments (Choleric, Sanguine, Melancholy, Phlegmatic) have been expanded to include a fifth temperament, Supine, and the APS identifies temperament in three areas:
  • Inclusion (social tendencies and intellectual energies)
  • Control (decision-making tendencies and control needs/wants)
  • Affection (desire for deep relationships and amount of love and affection desired/given in those relationships)
• Understand more about yourself so you can better explain yourself to your significant other, family, or friends.
• What to Expect: The APS takes 8-10 minutes to complete. Feedback and review of the profile takes about 1 ½ hours with 1-2 follow-up sessions recommended.
• Cost: $30 one-time fee for APS
